On our trip to the US I was hospitalized. We contacted PassportCard and from that moment they did not leave us, after three days I went into an emergency surgery, a report was sent to the insurance company and everything was handled efficiently. Happy to giver good feedback. I went into emergency surgery at a hospital in Thailand. There was no time to contact PassportCard, therfore we were charged 40,000 NIS. After the surgery, during the hospitalization, the Pasportcard's representative called us every day to check up on me. On the day of discharge, they took care of the full payment and refunded me on my credit card. I was grateful

One of our partners injured her leg, we contacted PassportCard and immediately we loaded the card. Then the representatives of the company in Dubai met us at the hospital.
